Ally spirits only. This power enables a spirit to temporarily confuse a target character by passing some of its own energy through him. The spirit makes a Confusion Test against the target’s Spell Defense. The range of this power is line of sight. If the test succeeds, the target suffers a -1 penalty to his Perception and Willpower Steps for each result level achieved. This effect lasts for a number of minutes equal to the spirit’s Strength Rating.
